Kia ora Lacee, I am so impressed with how delicious and yummy your pizzas look! Pizza is one of my favourite foods, and I enjoy experimenting with different topping combinations and flavours to try and create the perfect pizza. My favourite pizza to make is a little bit strange. I make the dough myself at home, and bake the pizza base in the oven without any toppings. Once the pizza base is cooked, I remove it from the oven and top it with smashed avocado and my favourite salad ingredients (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, capsicum tomato, spinach, beetroot and gherkins). I then top the pizza with a swirl of bbq sauce, and cut it into pieces to enjoy. My friends and family think I am a little strange for eating this, but I think it is delicious! You mentioned how your favourite part of your pizza was the pineapple. What other toppings did you put on your pizza? You also mentioned how you helped your mum cook the chicken. Was this hard to do? You did a fantastic job making these pizza’s, and I would really like to see more of your cooking (if you do any more)! Nga mihi
Wow Lacee, your pizza looks great. I bet Mum is appreciating having help cooking the meals. My daughter Laura made us pizza the other night for our tea. We dressed up and pretended we were in Italy for the night, as my son Mitchell, was meant to be going their for a school rugby trip, but sadly the trip was cancelled. I love how you have posted photos of all of the stages of your pizza making.
