My reading group read a story called The Jungle in my garden.

I found a worm and a slug and drew some other types of insects.

Cardboard challenge

This is my box creation. 

First I painted the inside of the box blue and green. Then I used fluff as clouds and hung them through the roof. I cut some cardboard up for a seat for my swing. I put some little stones as a path and then painted some mountains. We made a little house out of an egg carton for the rabbits house.

This is my bank note i made for my reading. It is a $10 note. I used things that remind me of NZ.

My dog.

This is what i made for my art on Friday. I  made a dog out of paper and fluff and paint and sticks for legs.

Showing School Values

My mum was in bed and not feeling well. I wanted to make her feel happy so I made her a cup of tea and some snacks and a card. I love her.

I showed Rangatiratanga by thinking about what I could do to make her feel better and by making a hot drink all by myself. I showed Whanaungatanga by taking care of someone I love.

Making Pizza

We made pizza it was really yum.  My favourite part was the pineapple. I helped my mum cook the chicken and cut up some of the food.

My family ducks

These are our 2 ducks Nibbles and Speedy. They are Muscovey ducks. We got them when they were 1 day old. Their mum could not look after them. They need lots of fresh water. They live outside during the day and we bring them inside at night time in their box. We love our ducks very much.
The first 2 photos are when they were 1 and 2 days old then 1 week up to 5 weeks old.

Autism awareness onesie day

I don't have any onesies so i used my nighty. This  is my dog milo. I dressed him up to.

Cooking class - Spring rolls

We had a cooking class over zoom to learn how to make spring rolls.  My favourite part was eating  them.
